Cardholder Authorization & Card-on-File Policy

Card-on-File Authorization

By providing your credit or debit card details and authorizing Ride.bm to store your card on file, you consent to Ride.bm securely retaining your card information for future authorized transactions.

This authorization allows Ride.bm to charge your card for services requested by you, including but not limited to transportation services, scheduled bookings, cancellations, wait time, surcharges, outstanding balances, or any other applicable fees disclosed at the time of service.

Cardholder Consent
The cardholder confirms that:
• They are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder to use the card
• The information provided is accurate and complete
• They authorize Ride.bm to charge the card for agreed services
• They understand that charges may occur after the service is completed (e.g., wait time, adjustments, or late cancellations)

Ongoing Authorization
This authorization remains valid until:
• The cardholder requests removal of the card on file, or
• The card expires, is replaced, or is declined, or
• Ride.bm terminates the card-on-file arrangement

The cardholder is responsible for keeping payment details up to date.

Disputes & Chargebacks
The cardholder agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services properly rendered and authorized. If there is a billing concern, the cardholder agrees to contact Ride.bm directly so the matter may be reviewed and resolved promptly.

Data Security
Ride.bm does not store full card numbers or CVV codes on its servers. All card information is processed and stored securely using industry-standard, PCI-compliant payment providers.

Removal of Authorization
The cardholder may request removal of their card on file at any time by contacting Ride.bm support. Removal does not waive responsibility for any outstanding charges incurred prior to removal.
