Surcharges
Late Night Rides (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM): 25% surcharge applies.
Sundays & Public Holidays: 25% surcharge applies.
Luggage Fees
Inside the vehicle: Free
In the boot or on the roof: $1.00 per item
Scheduled Rides
- A booking fee of $19.99 applies to all scheduled rides.
Wait Time
Wait time charges apply when your taxi is stationary after your ride has started.
This includes traffic delays or any stops requested by the passenger during the journey.
Technology Fee
- A small flat-rate technology fee may apply per ride to support platform improvements, system upgrades, and operational services that enhance the Ride.bm experience.
Cancellation Policy
On-demand rides: Cancelling more than two (2) minutes after your ride is accepted may result in a cancellation fee equal to the base fare.
Scheduled rides: Cancelling within six (6) hours of pickup may result in a fee equal to the scheduled booking charge.
If a cancellation fee was applied in error or due to special circumstances, contact support at support@ride.bm.
Settlement Currency
All transactions are processed in USD.
Your card issuer may apply foreign exchange fees; consult your bank or card provider for details.
