Passenger FAQs

* Download the Ride.bm Passenger App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
* Open the app and create your account.
* Enter your pickup location and destination.
Confirm your ride request.
Your request will be sent to the nearest available Ride.bm driver.

Once your ride is accepted, you can contact your driver directly through the in-app messaging or call feature.

For safety and privacy reasons, all communication should remain within the Ride.bm app.

You can cancel your ride directly in the app before pickup.
Cancellations within 2 minutes of acceptance: No charge
Cancellations after 2 minutes: Base fare applies
Scheduled rides cancelled within 6 hours of pickup: Scheduled booking fee applies
If you feel a cancellation fee was charged in error, contact:

Enter your pickup and destination locations in the Ride.bm app to receive a fare estimate before confirming your request.
 
Final fares may vary due to:
•Traffic conditions
•Route changes
•Wait time
•Surcharges (night, Sundays, public holidays)

Yes. You can schedule rides in advance for airport transfers, meetings, special events, and more.

A $19.99 scheduled ride booking fee applies.

Ride.bm currently supports one vehicle per booking.

For multiple vehicles for group travel, events, weddings, or corporate transport, please contact:

You can update your:
•Name
•Email
•Phone number
 
directly in the Profile section of the Ride.bm app.
A cancellation fee applies when:
•You cancel more than 2 minutes after acceptance, or
•You cancel a scheduled ride within 6 hours of pickup.
 
If you believe a fee should be waived due to special circumstances, contact:
